Leslie has been on the recovery and discovery path since 1990. Following guidance from her dreams, her Higher Self, synchronicities, and Nature, her life has become a continual shedding, composting, regeneration, and growth process. She has found that when we feel at home within ourselves, and are rooted in Mother Earth, we become open to receive energy directly from Source and the teachings from the natural world all around us. As we lovingly clear old tension and survival programs, our nervous system relaxes, our self healer comes on board, and our creative youthful spirit has the invitation to come fully alive and express itself freely. 

 

Leslie has a Masters in Social Work, is a Certified Holistic Life Coach and Qigong Teacher. Her own healing journey has led her to study the ancient wisdom teachings of Shamanism, Astrology, Gene Keys, Dreamwork, and Inner Alchemy from multiple perspectives. She loves to learn and is a lifelong student of life.
