From a very young age, and into her early teens, Darlene was most comfortable, emotionally balanced, and happy when home alone in her room creating her own imaginary worlds. Outside felt unsafe. At home in her room she had control and developed an extremely creative imagination. Except at night when Darlene was aware of other beings that were there with her. As long as she can recall, spirits and entities made themselves known to her.
