Bevin Niemann has been empathic, highly sensitive and intuitive since childhood. She was absolutely convinced an alien species had dropped her off on this planet – she often looked out into space thinking, please come back! Bevin turned off her gifts for years to chase the expectations of mainstream culture: go to college, get married, buy a home with the white picket fence, have 2.5 children, commute in rush-hour traffic and work long, brutal hours. Nothing went as planned because she just doesn't fit that template. Bevin's passion is helping sensitives, empaths and intuitives uncover deeper meaning and their life purpose. Specifically, she's been passionate about conscious leadership for twenty years, since she accepted her very first role as a supervisor. She's been a mentor, coach and trainer for college interns, early to mid-career employees, entrepreneurs and senior managers.

Bevin served as the vice president of a 50-year old not-for-profit organization and handled a million-dollar real estate portfolio for the largest landscape company in the United States. She is also the founder of the Global Cooperative for Sensitive Leaders and The Guild of Perceptive Souls. Most recently, Bevin hosted The Shift Network’s Evolutionary Empath Global Summit, reaching an audience of over 30,000 to advocate for our sensitive way of being.
